Quality is our highest priority. Always has been, always will be.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of any mechanical defects (broken straps or buttons) and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
Strap twisted? No worries! Simply twirl the strap around by the base of the "b" button until it pops into place. The buttons DO NOT come off and there is no need to remove them to "fix" the strap. A simple twirl will get them back in position.
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes to an order. If you do need to make a request for cancellation or change, please contact customer service within one hour of placing your order, and we will work with you to make any accommodations possible. Requesting an order change could result in a 24-48 hour delay in processing and shipping your order.
If your cancellation or change cannot be accommodated, please follow our return and exchange policy. If you would like the add new items to your order, please place a new order at www.boggbag.com.
We want you to be happy. If you find Bogg Bag is not the right item for you, you may return or exchange your item within 15 days of receipt. All returns must be in the original packaging with tags still attached and sent back in the same new condition in which it was received. This is important to insure proper refund credit. If you have any questions, just ask before you ship it back. You must reference your order number on the front of the package:

**We are unable to provide prepaid shipping labels and/or cover the cost of your return unless the item was deemed to be a shipping error made by Bogg Bag directly. Return shipping costs are typically $10 or more for the Baby Bogg and $20 or more for the Original Bogg depending on shipper location, carrier used, and number of bags being returned.
