Bogg Bag “Win Your Wishlist” Sweepstakes – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The Bogg Bag “Win Your Wishlist” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers & directors of Bogg Bag (“Sponsor”) and each of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, representatives, successors & assigns, & advertising/promotion/administrative agencies (collectively “Released Parties”) & their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling & their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) & those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Bogg Bag (“Sponsor”), 80 Seaview Drive, Secaucus NJ 07094.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12 AM ET on 10-3-25 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 10-17-25 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period will not be valid.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must, during the Sweepstakes Period:

Have a BoggBag.com account.

Be opted into Bogg Bag email and/or SMS marketing at the time of entry.

Add (“favorite”) at least one product to their wishlist during the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

Automated or bulk entries are prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. Prizes

Up to 3 winners will each receive a digital Bogg Bag gift card valued up to $250 to spend on items from their wishlist. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize: $250. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no substitution will be made, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per household. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 10-21-25 from all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor impairs its integrity or proper functioning. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

10. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://boggbag.com/policies/privacy-policy.

12. Winners List

For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Bogg Bag 80 Seaview Drive, Secaucus NJ 07094, Attn: Win Your Wishlist Sweepstakes – Winners List. Requests must be received within 60 days after the close of the applicable entry period.
