What if I'm exchanging for something less than what I paid?
Any unused return credit will either be refunded or can be converted into store credit—your choice.
What if I want to buy more than the credit I'm receiving back?
Your store credit will be applied first, and you’ll just pay the difference at checkout using any of our accepted payment methods. It’s a great way to put your credit toward something new you’ve had your eye on!
I received a Bogg Bag as a gift. Can I return or exchange it?
Yes! If you have the order number, just head to our returns portal and click the “Return a Gift” button to get started.
Don’t have the order number? No worries—click “Return a Gift” and then select “Don’t have your order information?” to fill out a quick form. If the bag was purchased on our site, our team will do their best to help track down the order and get you taken care of.

Please reach out to us here with your order number, name, shipping address, and an image of your Bogg Bag in its entirety and we'll be happy to assist in getting your Bogg Bag repaired ASAP!
P.S. We wouldn't say no to a picture of the furry criminal if one was involved in the bag strap destruction.
