Does the BOGG Boozie Attach To My BOGG Bag?
While we love the idea of all our Bogg products being inseparable besties, the Bogg Boozie is a standalone beverage holder designed for keeping your drinks chilled to perfection. Available in two sizes, a comforting 12oz classic or a trendy Slim, the Boozie makes every sip an occasion.
Does my Bogg Bag come with inserts?

The Original Bogg Bag comes with both a large and a small insert, ensuring you're covered for all sorts of outings and essentials.

Bogg® Bag Tips and Tricks
How do I care for my Bogg Bag?
Avoid Extreme Heat: Just like you, your Bogg Bag loves a day at the beach in the sun but not the scorching heat of a car trunk, which can lead to warping. Keep it cool, and it'll keep its shape.
Mind the Weight: While your Bogg Bag is tough, it appreciates a break from heavy lifting and avoid pressing it under the weight of heavy items to keep its perfect silhouette intact. Curious about how much it can hold? Find out more about weight limits.
Strap Etiquette: Give the straps a little downtime by resting them in the relaxed "u" shape when not in use.
Sunscreens, lotions, and other creams can stain or discolor the bag. It is recommended they are kept in the included insert bag or another plastic bag. Should any get on the bag, please blot the excess with a clean cloth and gently clean the area with a mild soap and water then allow to air dry.
How do I clean my Bogg Bag?
For classic Bogg Bags, washing with water will do the trick! For messier trips, use mild soap and water or a simple antibacterial/baby wipe.
For Bogg Brrr and Beauty bags, use a soft cloth and mild soapy water to treat surface stains on the nylon and canvas.
Sunscreens, lotions, and other creams can stain or discolor the bag. It is recommended they are kept in the included insert bag or another plastic bag. Should any get on the bag, please blot the excess with a clean cloth and gently clean the area with a mild soap and water then allow to air dry.
How do I clean my Canvas Bogg Bag?
You can clean your Canvas Bogg Bag in two ways: spot cleaning or machine wash.
Spot Clean:
- Empty the bag of all items - remember to check for any hiding pens or lip balm!
- Wet or dampen a small washcloth or rag. You can add a few drops of detergent or soap to the water.
- Use consistent circular motions and gently clean the bag of any stains or dirt.
- Air dry the bag.
Machine Wash:
- We recommend putting your Canvas bag in on a delicate cycle with some rags or towels to protect the bag and reduce noise. Then, let your bag air dry.
Bogg Brrr & Beauty Bags:
- For Bogg Brrr and Beauty bags, use a soft cloth and mild soapy water to treat surface stains on the nylon and canvas.
How Do I Un-Twist my Bogg Bag Straps?
Step 1: Hold Strap A in place. You’ll only be twisting Strap B to get them untwisted.
Step 2: Take Strap B and gently turn it counter clockwise around the B Button. You may need to complete two turns to untwist the strap.The best way to lift the straps from the downward U position is to push them both inwards towards each other and up (in and up). And to put them down, push in and down.

How do I install or move my inserts?
Easy! To install your insert bag, use your thumb to simply push the white snap through the desired hole. To remove, use your thumb to push the white snaps back through the hole.
Just a heads up - the white snaps should not be unsnapped or yanked on.
How do I attach the Bogg Bevy to my Bogg Bag?
The Bogg Bevy simply hooks onto the outer rim of your Bogg Bag. It is not installed into any of the Bogg Bag holes like the Bits or Inserts.
How do I attach or move Bogg Bits and inserts?
To install your Bit, use your thumb to simply push the white snap through the desired hole.
To remove, use your thumb to push the white snap back through the hole.
Just a reminder, the white snap should not be unsnapped or yanked on.
How do I clean my Bogg Brrr and Beauty bags?
For Bogg Brrr and Beauty bags, use a soft cloth and mild soapy water to treat surface stains on the nylon and canvas.
My Bogg Bag is losing its shape - what do I do?
Oh no! While it's rare for a Bogg Bag to become misshapen, it can happen when something has been leaning on it for a long period of time.
To restore the shape, we recommend trying the following:
- Soak your bag in warm water for a while, then remove and dry. Add some heavy books inside of your bag to restore the shape. Heads up - make sure the bag is lying down on its side!
- You can also try to gently heat the bag with a hair dryer. After, add some heavy books inside and make sure the bag is lying down on its side.
Can I Replace My Strap?
Not to worry!
Replacement straps can be purchased. Please reach out to us here and we'll be happy to assist in getting your Bogg Bag repaired ASAP!

Can I Replace The B Button If It Breaks?
Yes! A replacement B Button will make your Bogg Bag as good as new.
Reach out to us here with your order number, name, shipping address, and an image of your Bogg Bag in its entirety for assistance.

Can I edit or cancel my order?
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, all orders begin the shipping process the moment they are finalized. We're unable to edit or cancel your order once it's been placed.

That said, we want you to absolutely love your Bogg Bag, so we offer a generous return policy.
If you find Bogg Bag is not the right item for you, you may return or exchange your item within 15 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do I apply a discount code or gift card?
At checkout, you'll be able to add a discount code or a gift card to your order.
On the right-hand side, you'll see a blank box to enter your code, then click apply.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an order of an item before it is available with the understanding that it will be shipped within the month notated in the item description.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
After you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Once your pre-order item is ready and ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will receive more updates once the item ships.
Can I edit or cancel my pre-order?

What should I do if my order arrived damaged?
Quality is our highest priority. Always has been, always will be.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of any mechanical defects, such as broken straps or buttons.

Is There A Purchase Limit For Bogg Bags?
In an effort to enhance your shopping experience and give as many customers as possible the opportunity to purchase our merchandise, we may place limits on purchases and we do not authorize the purchase of commercial quantities of our merchandise.
We also may, among other things, restrict orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
We reserve the right to limit, cancel or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed in violation of this policy. We further reserve the right to cease doing business with customers who violate this policy. We may modify this policy at any time without prior notice. What do I do if I'm missing a portion of my order?
We're sorry you didn't get everything you ordered! Don't worry, we'll make sure your full order gets to you.
Here's what might be happening:
- Multiple Shipments: If you ordered a bunch of goodies or any pre-order items, they might be on separate adventures to your doorstep. Check your shipping confirmation emails for different tracking info. Your missing item could still be on its way!
- Missing Items: If something that should have come with your order is missing, fear not. Snap a pic of your package, and the items you did receive, and upload it here. We'll work our magic to get you that missing item in no time!

Shipping and Delivery
When will my order arrive?
At Bogg Bag, we aim to make receiving your order as smooth and effortless as possible. Here's what you need to know about the shipping and delivery process:
In-Stock Orders
For in-stock orders within the US, your package should arrive in 5-10 business days.
Just a heads up, you've got an hour to tweak anything you need with your order—whether it's changing the shipping address, adjusting quantities or colors, or even canceling. Once our fulfillment team receives the order we are not able to make any changes. It can take up to 2 to 4 business days for an order to be processed and leave our facility, so don't fret if you don't get a shipping label right away!
Any estimated shipping times you see at checkout are the time it will take the carrier to deliver the package to you AFTER the package has been shipped. An estimate of 1-2 days at checkout is 2-3 days to process and ship + 1-2 days shipping.
We currently do NOT have expedited shipping options available.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders will be processed after the Pre-Order date shown for that item and will be shipped via USPS or UPS, based on the shipping address.
Actual shipping times vary by carrier but typically take 3-7 business days once the order has been processed. Orders that contain in-stock items and pre-order items will ship together after the pre-order date.
International Orders
International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs. Once your order leaves our facility (2-4 business days), you'll receive tracking information and be able to follow your order's journey to its final destination.
How do I track my order?
Easy! You’ll automatically get an email as soon as an order is placed, and a second one with tracking info once it ships.
You’ll be able to follow your order’s progress right up to your doorstep.
Our goal is to get your package to you within 5-10 business days.
Just a heads up, it may take a few days for tracking to show movement, depending on the carrier and the delays they are experiencing. Bogg Bag is not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.
My order is marked as "Delivered" but I didn't receive it
Don't worry! Most of the time when this happens, the carrier simply hasn’t scanned your package properly. It is very likely still on its way to you.
We've seen lots of wonkiness in shipping as of late. Unfortunately, many couriers have been affected by the pandemic and continue to be. UPS, FedEx, DHL and other courier services have all reported a number of route suspensions as a result of government restrictions.
We do have an action plan in case you don’t get your goods:
Check with your neighbors, just in case!
Allow 14 days from your shipment date before filing a claim if shipped to the contiguous US, and 21 days if heading to Australia, Canada or non-contiguous US zones.
If you don't receive your package within 14/21 days after its ship date, please let us know.
What should I do if my order arrived damaged?
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of any mechanical defects, such as broken straps or buttons. If your order arrives damaged, reach out to us herefor assistance.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We also ship to APO/AE addresses.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on the shipping address, the items in your order, and the shipping carrier.
The shipping cost of your order will be calculated during the checkout process after you enter the delivery address.
What is my order shipped in?
Orders either ship in large white poly bags or in a brown corrugated box. Our return address will be marked on each of our packages.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return & exchange policy?
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy. If you find Bogg Bag is not the right item for you, you may return or exchange your item within 15 days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and Bogg Bag does not issue return labels.
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our support team here for assistance.

- Original packaging with tags still attached
- Returned in the same new, unused condition as received
