How can a cooler so cute have such a huge flaw?!?!

"My heart is crushed. I waited months for the color burst half cooler to come back in stock because I wanted to get the matching color to my bogg bag bitty. I don't understand why more thought was not put into the design of this bag. How is it not better insulated. I was sadly disappointed when I used it the first time and thought it was damaged because the entire outside of the bottom of the bag was wet due to condensation. I have purchased cheap bags off of amazon that I never had that issue with. This cooler needs a redesign."

"Does not hold the ice AT ALL. Ice completely melted in less than an hour. Was very excited to use for my kids activities. Wish I had invested in a different cooler bag. Very disappointed."

"I really wanted to love this cooler bag, but when I opened it and saw that it contains diisononyl phthalatc (DINP), and the warning label is the first thing you see when you open it, I just couldn't move passed it. Really unfortunate, but have to return. It's beautiful and size is great , but can't speak to the effectiveness since I will not be using this."

"I love my Bogg Bag, which is why this cooler was such a disappointment. It doesn’t keep anything cold, it leaks, and it doesn’t fit in the bag as advertised. It also prevents you from using other Bogg accessories like the divider or topper. For $60 plus shipping, I expected a well-designed, functional cooler. Instead, it’s flimsy, doesn’t hold its shape, and simply doesn’t do its job. It feels like you’re paying for the Bogg name rather than quality or performance. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one earned it. Save your money."

"Purchased the Cooler to fit inside the front basket of my electric trike for long rides. Tossed it in the car the other day with a freezer block to bring home refrigerated groceries from 50 miles away.
