"I was sent wrong color of crossbody strap. Called customer service and they wanted photos and said they would review the case internally and let me know next step. RIDICULOUS! It is pretty obvious a tan strap doesnt go with the Frankenbogg bag I purchased with it and for $100 I shouldnt have to wait"
