"The strap itself is fine. However, I won't be able to use it as the little bag I purchased at the same time doesn't have holes to attach the strap. What is annoying and a bit misleading is that the strap was presented as something that went with the bag. As I did not use the bag within 15 days I did not notice the strap wouldn't attach. Now I am past the return time so, have a strap I'm not using."
"I was sent wrong color of crossbody strap. Called customer service and they wanted photos and said they would review the case internally and let me know next step. RIDICULOUS! It is pretty obvious a tan strap doesnt go with the Frankenbogg bag I purchased with it and for $100 I shouldnt have to wait"
"It is a great feature. I am happy bogg came out with it! However it twists so I have to take it out everytime I go to use my bag, this makes me feel like im going to damage my bag overtime. Also it has popped out on its own too."
"I’m disappointed in this product. I used it for the first time yesterday and found that it made my bag harder to carry. I have mobility issues and had hoped it would help me in carrying the bag, but unfortunately it didn’t. I wish I had not made this purchase aa it was expensive."
"Best accessory ever sold by Bogg Bag. All other ones I’ve ordered from Amazon are garbage. All 5 bags now have the correct strap. I’m elated."
"I am glad I had purchased. I wanted the bogg name on it. So for me it is worth it, and if I ever get another bogg down the road, I can always use it, on that one as well."
"I love my cross my bogg. I can put it on my large bogg my baby bogg or my bitty bogg❤️"
"Love my new bag strap!! Makes it a lot easier to carry my bag to grandsons’ games."
"The strap is a wonderful addition to the collection. Wish it would come in different colors."
"Doesn’t fit stadium bag"
